The food was super good! You should really go there, just don't eat the fried prons because they taste kind of powdery. But everything else is really good

Very good food! The cleanest restaurant I've seen in awhile. You can tell it is very well maintained and the care is taken to make it appealing.

Really good food & kind service people. They offer sesame beef which is not common in a lot of the Chinese restaurants I've been to. It was really good.

Nice restaurant, great food,great service,the only problem I have with it is that they bring your soup,appetizers,and food, within a couple minutes of each other !! They need to spread out the time between the soup and the appetizer and the main course to give the customer a little bit of time instead of having everything on the table at once. Other than that no complaints !!

Ordered 3 main dishes plus rice and chow mein. The Mongolian Beef -majority was onions with a few pieces of beef. This was more like a vegetarian dish!! Actually that's giving too much credit. Orange chicken didn't even fill up the bottom of the container. Normally i go somewhere else and order same number of dishes and feeds my family of 6 and still have leftovers. We ended up ordering pizza additional $35 to the $71 dollars i spent at New Shanghai o feed everyone Very disappointed. Restaurants want the public to support them during the stay at home order. They also need to provide the correct amount of that is purchased. Will not be going back to this restaurant!!

I've been coming to this place for years. It was one of my dad's favorite places. The flavor has been consistent and thats what keeps us coming. I'd give it a 5 however the inside of the restaurant could use an update. The food is a 5.

Haven't been in for awhile, mostly cuz the Wifey doesn't like Chinese food (what's with that???). So I went with friend, he had their combo lunch... darn. I had something else, delicious... but not mounds of food like his. Good prices off their lunch menu... !

I have never had a bad meal or experience at this place. I will say it is my all time favorite Chinese restaurant. I love the staff and the food, always treated like family there. I can't say enough great things about this place and don't see how it's not always packed. Love love love it!!!

First time having New Shanghai just moved in the area it was excellent everything was hot and fresh huge portions and the creme cheese wontons SOOOOOOO DAMN GOOD!

Flavor and quality is awesome, and there is alcohol available during reg. hrs. and happy hour. I have been going for years!

This restaurant is no doubt one of the most pleasant place in the area. Anytime I come there I am incredibly glad. They preserve their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they offer. You are always happy with this place. Warmly recommended.

Delicious, generous portions friendly service overall amazing.

Several years ago when I lived in this area this place was my go to Chinese restaurant. It was seriously outstanding. It appears they changed chefs and management changed up some of the meals. Very unfortunate they have cut some corners with their ingredients and the overall quality has come down. Each time I'm in town I get it and each time the quality goes down. The Thai Style Chow Mein was so dry it was almost impossible to chew and swollow down. I'll probably start passing on this establishment from now on. Very sad they can't see their product has diminished as much as it has.

My most favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is great and prices are phenomenal! Never a bad service. Inside is calming and serene.

This place is great. Good prices, delicious food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc the egg rolls taste kinda like cinnamon or nutmeg. Not sure.... Everything else is delicious.

Used to love taking my wife here, recently the food hasnt been as tasty and the portions arent as much. We've been hoping it would get better the past couple times, but sadly we havent been happy with the food or the portions when we order. Hopefully next time we get a little more food for the money that we spend. Hopefully the food gets tasty again it used to be so good!!

This is my Favorite Chinese Restaurant. I really Like the Quiet Vibe and That there's never too much people And in every Meal is included These Sweet Crunchy Things along with Hot Tea. There service is Friendly and Great. The Food is Excellent, And its Not too Expensive

New Shanghai is great! I've had a few instances where the food was over cooked or just didn't taste the same - I don't know if the cook was off or not, but for the most part it's good.

The food was so oily and it was bland. We ordered general chicken, meat was soft and oily had no taste was not spicy at all. chow mein noodles were soggy and very oily. At $12/plate not worth it too pricey for the poor quality of food you get.

Food was great enough food for 2 meals, easy. Great prices, we had a party of 11 it was quick, good and great service

I will never order food from here again.. Everything was gross I ordered hot n sour soup, house chow main and sweet n sour chicken. The soup was nasty tasted like sewer water... The house chow main was a joke... Very minimal amount of meat the shrimp was the size of a Nickle and it was so greasy the Togo containers had a puddle of oil at the bottom and on top of all that they gave me jus fried pieces of chicken with a small sweet n sour sauce to sauce my own chicken n like two pieces of pineapple worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever tasted.. Waste of money and time smh..

This site is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a delicious dinner, this restaurant comes straight to my head. outstanding and diverse food and a rich menu.professional staff members, and good atmosphere. Also, the cost is honest. I suggest this place with no doubt.

For almost 10 years this was my favorite Chinese restaurant. About a year ago something changed. Just one example - Mongolian beef should have beef in it or you should call it onions and some red peppers with beef flavor. Shame. Hurts to see a good place go to s....ts.

Miss dining inside with my daughter on a mom/kid day but it's always a great meal and great people.

Do not go here horrific food everything is deep fried so deeply that it was not edible!!!! Both general chicken and sweet-and-sour pork. It was as tough as the toughest beef jerky you've ever eaten. I literally had to spit it out couldn't eat any of it!

Always super fresh food and always fast take out. I love how they separate the sauces so it's nice and crispy when you get home and mix it up. We've been long time customers and don't mind the drive because of the super quality of food!
